Management. In your role you will ensure the harmonization and
improvement of the order management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your new role you will:

* Contribute to projects to improve the order promising process as
well as other order management processes
* Organize and drive continuous improvement activities in these areas
* Understand order promising as the critical link between planning
and order management and strive for end to end process optimization
* Develop and define corresponding analysis and necessary reports
* Collect and align user requirements with the global business
community and document them in requirements specifications
* Work with IT for the respective system changes and conduct user
acceptance tests
* Keep process documentation and training material up to date
* Execute trainings in close cooperation with our supply chain
academy
* Support our users with analysis and resolution of issues

YOUR PROFILE

You live up to high quality standards and continuously work on making
things better, faster and more efficient. You are able to structure
new and complex situations while considering dependencies and
priorities and convert them from strategy into real execution and
methods. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns and
awards them a high priority. Moreover, you demonstrate excellent
communication skills and know how to establish sustainable
relationships and networks.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* A degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Mathematics,
Information Technology or Physics
* At least 3 years of relevant working experience in supply chain,
preferably within the semiconductor industry, covering customer order
management, order promising or planning

* Experience in the following areas would be a plus:

* Order promising solutions, e.g. JDA order promiser, or SAP APO GATP
* Planning and optimization problems
* SAP Order Management (SAP SD module)

* Experience with process and tool improvements in supply chain, e.g.
projects, key user, trainer, etc.
* The ability to solve complex problems and deal with large amount of
data (root cause analysis)
* Excellent English and German communication skills
